It's like a mini spa treatment for me when I go. The hot towel is nice, not sure why a second one is sometimes offered, and it's always better having hair washed after a cut so I don't have to worry about an itchy head and little hairs falling down my shirt the rest of the day. The massage is a nice touch as well.

Products and my barber are absolutely amazing! Angela who cuts my hair regularly is absolutely AMAZING! She is the reason I keep coming back! The manager in there with the short hair and glasses is the reason I question coming back! She is rude to her employees in front of guests, she’s rude to the guests, she is very impatient, and when she is having conversations with her clients she is belittling her coworkers to them. Extremely unprofessional! Angela keeps that building afloat!

First time at the Riverview, FL location and spoke with the first available stylist, (Ashley). She listened to what I wanted and she did exactly as we discussed. She allowed me from time to time to see how she was cutting my hair and I left very happy.
