I like when there is availability. My stylist did a great job. She paid allot of attention to detail and spent the time needed to turn my long over due by a lot, into a good looking even cut. She asked questions to understand how I comb/style before making cuts. Very friendly.

Normally, the service is decent, but I rarely am fully pleased with how my haircut turns out in the end due to me having curly hair. Most people don't seem to know how to cut curly hair. Carissa knows what she's doing. She did a phenomenal job

I like that they spend time and do a great job unfortunately, the last haircut I had, I felt like it was rushed so she can get onto the next one , and had headphones in listening to music no conversation had my haircut. Finished about 10 minutes before my son was done with his haircut and he started before me.
