Because Merry Maids makes it easy.....they show up when they say they are going to, they charge my card the right amount, and they clean the house. Merry Maids has been cleaning my house for over 7 years and any problems I've had (which have been very few) were fixed with urgency and ease. Simply, Merry Maids is "no hassle" -- I work a ton of hours and travel frequency (in over seven years I've actually never even met a cleaning person). I just want the service to work well without intervention from me – and Merry Maids does that well! That is why they continue to have my business!

I never had my floors steam cleaned. I love how clean they are and how fast they dry. The kitchen and applicances look clean and shiny. Just having the regular cleaning caught up was a huge help to me.

Merry Maids has been a life saver. As working parents with kids and pets was an all day tackle to maintain my house. Now every other week, I'm like a kid on christmas when I open my door. My house has never been cleaner. I always had difficulty finding a floor cleaner that didn't leave my floors with a residue, there products leave my floors clean and sparkling. They even clean down to my smallest knick knack. Best decision I ever made.
My house smelled so clean and looked fantastic. I liked the smell of the products used, didn't smell like cleaners but just smelled good, refreshing and clean.
