The staff are very pleasent and 99 % of te time do a great job.

Consistent cleaning standards, professional behavior, respectful of homeowners possessions, don't talk on their cellphone, don't bang the furniture around, don't hit the walls or furniture with vacuum. I guess I am listing what my former cleaning staff did which Merry Maids staff do not.

The staff are always very professional. The office is diligent about calling to confirm and cooperative when the date has to be moved. I no longer have the responsibility of supplies, or insurance concerns. I have a clean house and I can come home to rest instead of to more work!
