I certainly enjoy coming home to a sparkling clean house. It brings a sense of peace especially because our expectation have been met for thoroughness, efficiency and the pride Merry Maids have as they do their jobs. We are more than satisfied at the excellent service they provide.

The cleaning is done in "fell swoop". Everything looked shiny and clean. And in a matter of hours it's all done.

I like having a team that I can trust in my home, because I don't like to stay around and be in their way while they are working. The few times that there has been small damage done during the cleaning they have been more than reasonable about compensation.

Our team does an amazing job- house looks so nice and clean when they are finished. Love the finishing touches- folded towels, beds made... they are always on time, so friendly and leave us little notes and treats on special occasions... highly recommend our lovely ladies! :-)

Consistently good quality service. If there's an issue it's dealt with immediately and objectively.

Dependability. They always come on time as scheduled. If someone is on vacation another one comes so I never have to miss a cleaning.
Flexibility. Occasionally I need to change a cleaning time and it's never a problem.
Friendliness. Everyone I've met so far has been very kind, courteous, and friendly. It's hard to put into words how very pleasant these people are to converse with. It's very much appreciated! I guess that's why I have continued to ask them to clean my home for over 8 years now.
Efficiency. They send in a crew and have my rather large home clean in just a few hours. It's incredible, really!

The Merry Maids and one of the best investments we have made. Lisa, Terry and Renee are outstanding--competent, professional, thorough and friendly. They are punctual and efficient.
We feel very happy to come home to a very clean house. Being senior citizens it has become a little more difficult to keep the house as clean as we think it should be. The products really do the job of disinfecting and cleaning, and we are very pleased with them.
