Absolutely everything! I could not be happier with your services. The ladies who came to our home for the initial cleaning were friendly and professional. It was wonderful to have my home so clean. Because of health issues (and age) I can no longer clean like I used to...now I don't have to worry about it any more.

The maids are very dependable. They always arrive on time and do a great job.

Starting the week of April 27th I will have the basement suite rented through the week of June 17th.

Could I have the basement cleaned every week during this time, please? The master bedroom and on suite will be locked during this time. I will not need cleaning in the master during this time. Although, I will need the bedding washed and cleaned and the beds made and the
towels put out, which the maids are not currently doing. They make the beds but are not doing

Your crew have been very conscientious the last two times. The first initial massive cleaning done when I bought my home missed some really critical areas, but the second time the crew came, they remedied it.

However, I have asked multiple times for the crew not to use the liquid cleaner that smells like Pine Sol and it keeps happening. I have major auto immune issues and am very sensitive to chemicals and this is pretty important to me.

But otherwise, great job!!

Your teams are well trained and reliable in providing consistent quality cleaning services. I have had two teams service my home in the past year on a regular basis. They know my home, my preferences, my pets and how to provide the best in care. Having multiple pets can present a challenge or conflict in comfort level; we've had no problems or concerns with Merry Maids. The end product is always excellent. These women work hard. They have a great work ethic and care about their jobs. It is a bonus they bring all their own products and supplies, including vacuums and equipment. I only hope that most of their clients appreciate the hard work and effective cleaning products.
