You did a deep clean on my son’s place and it was done very well. Walls and baseboards were finally clean and the place looked spotless. There were stains in the bathtub for years that we couldn’t get up and its now sparkling white. Your workers clearly take pride in their work, and do an excellent job.

Ok...except scratches put in floor when moving chair to clean under it.....they are taking care of this...will have scrsttches repaired....arranging to get floor specialist to do this

The women all do a very good job cleaning. They are personable and friendly.
I also appreciate the office staff who are so accommodating when making scheduling changes.
I would prefer that vinegar not be used as a cleaning product. It can create an "etching" mark on certain surfaces.

We like the staff the most. Your products clean well and are easy to have in the air.

Most important to me is trust. I can't be at my house to make sure it's cleaned and ready for who ever may be showing up. I totally leave that up to Merry Maids. They are there when they say they will and do what I've asked them too. They are the best.

The workers use good products and will use my own if I prefer.

2. the three ladies came in and went right to work in a coordinated effort to tackle my mess.
3. cleaned 'every' little thing including my small ceramic spoon i used to stir my coffee.
4. cleaned 'every' big thing including my smokestack range hood /top of fridge/ceiling fans.
5. cleaning products were great - smelled fresh (not obnoxiously). I have black appliances
it's difficult to remove lingering greasy marks - the 'Grease' formula worked perfectly.
6. areas/items were cleaned that were not even on my radar to do, but they knew what/where
to tackle - very experienced and professional.
7. I'm thinking of possibly having continued monthly service.

Marry Maids services are always available when we need them which is great since we only travel to our home a few months during the year. Products are great I am not allergic to them and they do a great job.
