Great attention to detail, and was definitely able to tell that sufficient time was spent cleaning each room. Office staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with over the phone. One of my favorite parts of working with Merry Maids is the cinnamon fragrance that was left by the cleaning products following my scheduled cleaning. They made my house smell fresh, and lasted for several days after the cleaning was completed.

The Merry Maids have been thorough and careful; however, we do have a time question. Our understanding was that a regular cleaning would involve two people for two hours or one person for four hours. Rarely has this been the case: the cleaners are often late and leave early. They're diligent workers when they're here, but we should receive either the four hours of cleaning we're paying for or a billing adjustment when only three hours of service are provided.

Everything you use leaves a nice scent (Clean) and everything shines.
