Fragrance and they work really well.
I like having areas done that I don't get to, or are harder for me to do. I like having the chandeliers cleaned; my bell collection, our photos, areas too high to reach dusted/wiped off.

Betty is the best,,I feel so lucky to have her. They went above and beyond the last time they were in my house...they were worried about the stove being warm and went to all the extra work of pulling it out and unplugging it but not only that cleaned the sides of the stove and underneath it.
