If I had to guess based on observing the women who come to our home, I'd say there is enough of a positive employer/employee relationship (fair wages, benefits, support and value show to employees by administration, etc.) to keep valued employees from leaving.

Service is prompt and complete. They comply when I ask for special attention to an area or change how something is done. The products don't leave a chemical small. I do like the cinnamon used when vacuuming.

I like visiting with the girls....they are a fine group. I like the usual cleaning plan that they usually follow. Some seem to do more and some skip to something equally important for the day. I like the way they clean up after themselves and some of the good smelling cleaners. I like the attention to details and care for our possessions. I like having some of the girls back for a second time...and hopefully a third time. And every now and then someone comes up with cleaning something that was never done before.
