your maid are always on time, they are accommodating and easy to work with. they do a good job cleaning the house. They bring all their own supplies and equipment. We receive emails to remind us when they are coming. Someone always answers the phone when we call Merry Maids.I think it is a very well run service.
I appreciate that the cleaning representative who came to do a deep-cleaning in our home had had all of her Covid shots and a booster shot . It made us feel more comfortable, as my husband has medical issues and is a senior citizen.
She was punctual, organized, focused on her work, and had a positive attitude. She worked hard for 7 hours, even scrubbing the floor on her hands and knees! I have a Golden Retriever whose dog hair is everywhere, so cleaning was a challenge.
The cleaning products were not strongly scented, so we appreciated that. She had everything she needed.
I look forward to having her return to clean for us again! I recently injured my back, so her help is very appreciated. We feel good again about our clean house.
Did a good job but with the hard water shots it didn’t work to remove in shower but otherwise cleaned up well.

I usually get the same person or persons so they know where and what to clean.
The personnel were professional and friendly. They wanted a tour of everything that needed cleaning. They brought their own cleaning materials and went to work right away. The fragrance of the cleaning liquids were pleasant. An after cleaning tour was done as well.
