April does a great job. I wonder what your policy is on dusting? Our house is really cluttered. I don't want her to move our stuff but a lot of places need dusting that aren't cluttered. Should I point this out? or is dusting extra?

Staff are employees of Merry Maids. Which means their wages are taxed and they are covered by Workers Comp insurance.
They are friendly and courteous. Each person comes in with their own cleaning products and equipment. Cleaning products do not carry any harsh orders. They always have some one to come on your scheduled day.

Not too strong; have a mild cleaning environmental smell
She did a good job on my mom's home, however I am finding that underneath the sink cabinets was not cleaned, some windows were not cleaned (even though I stressed that all windows needed to be cleaned), shelf in bedroom #2 closet not cleaned, and master bedroom window sills and window mechanisms were not cleaned. When I called, I requested a deep cleaning on my mom's home as she was 98 years old when she passed and her home had gone for awhile without a thorough cleaning. I did a walkthrough when she was done and all appeared to be clean, but upon further inspection am finding several areas (noted above) that were not touched. I feel like the cleaning that was done was just a normal house-cleaning, not a deep clean as requested. Not considering this worth the $441 I paid (2 bdrm, 2 bath mobile home).
