Tiffany and Mary were very pleasant, hard working people. The bathtub was extremely dirty to the point where the built-up scum was black. I worked on it myself for about 3 hours and there was still much to be done. Tiffany got the tub to look like new which says a lot for her work and your product. It was much cleaner than I could ever get it. Mary cleaned the kitchen sink which was also very bad. I also cleaned that but didn't come anywhere close to how clean it was after Mary cleaned it, which once again says a lot for her work and your product.
Both Tiffany and Mary did an excellent job over the entire house. I am very pleased. Because of the work they did and the products used, I have already recommended Merry Maids to others, even to those I know who won't use cleaning services because I thought they might recommend you to someone who does.

I'm happy that they bring their own supplies. Nicole does an excellent job. When she leaves, everything smells so nice from the products that are used. She always has a smile on her face and she is very pleasant yet non-intrusive.
Our home is clean when the housecleaner leaves. If I have something that needs to be done that she forgot, all I need to do is remind her....Products are good except for the counters, I leave something for her to use. I have granite and stone counters.
My lady, Adella, does an outstanding job. She is very reliable and courteous. I also like that if for some reason Adella would not be able to come, a substitute would be provided. Also Merry Maids is trustworthy. I have not had good experiences finding cleaning people on my own.

Timeliness and providing proven cleaning products. Excellent cleaning by Helen. She does not
waste time and is very thorough! She is very courteous, honest, and respectful. We like her
very much!
There is one concern I have for the Agency. Better policies that respond to customers
having Emergency situations that occur unexpectedly. Especially, if the customer has no history
of frequent rescheduling of cleaning day services. The $50.00 fine is rather expensive. I think
some type of rate scale for rescheduling services should be considered. This scale information
should be given to all customers. Cancellation of cleaning day service guidelines should also be
given to all customers.

I like that I don't need to micro-manage, because since I don't have time for cleaning, I also don't have time for micro-managing. I also appreciate that the problems I had early on were resolved and that my feedback was heard and acted on.

I like that you bring your own equipment and products, which are very good. Leslie does an excellent job. I also like that she comes at the same time everytime, so we know how to plan our schedule.
The Maids ask what our priorities are for cleaning (so they don't spend a lot of time cleaning a spare room, etc). The products are odorless. We don't mind scented products but a lot of folks prefer unscented or hypoallergenic. I have a herniated disc in my upper back that makes it extremely painful to push a vacuum so I LOVE your service.
Tiffany was very efficient, and never stopped working. The whole job took longer that expected, but a lot of that was due to me not having professional cleaning for 3 years.
I will say that I find your charges a tad high compared to your competitors and I hope that after I move you can quote a more competitive rate if I sign up for monthly service. I love your results!
I like having my home cleaned because it gets be to be sure that everything is picked up and put away. The house is clean and taken care of. I also frees me up to do other things I am interested in.

Number one thing I like is "FELIPA". She treats my home as if it were her own. She pays particular attention to details and she always has a smile on her face and a fabulous attitude:-) She is a real jewel and Merry Maids is so very lucky to have her as an employee!!
The products she uses have never caused a problem with my many allergies and the vacuum she uses makes my older carpets look beautiful!
