Merry Maids is very professional and friendly. They have never cancelled on my service, they always call with a heads up, giving me a time to expect them, and they leave a card letting me know what area they paid particular attention to. They are thorough, dependable, and I can count on them to get the job done. The house smells clean, not cloyingly sweet or piney, as in an attempt to cover unpleasant odors. It is fresh, and the appearance matches, leaving you with a comfortable feeling. You also have a sense of their hard work. These folks are no slouches! I have gained quality time back because of their service. Instead of cleaning, I am hiking on the weekend, having friends over, etc. I work all week, including evening meetings. I love having actual downtime! I am no longer spending my Saturday mornings cleaning. It's a great feeling🤗
Merry Maids has proven to be totally reliable and trustworthy. We occasionally find minor differences in our sense of how to do things, but that would be true no matter who was doing the cleaning. Give me reliability and trustworthiness and I am very happy!

Everything was clean! The house smelled fresh, not overpowered with flowery or harsh cleaning solutions. It actually smelled clean. I loved the extra touches (the seal on the toilet paper)! It made home seem like an extra special place to be. A perfect way to end a hectic work day.
We have used Merry Maids for several years now, and have been very happy with the service they provide. Initially I worried that things would “go missing”, but that has never happened. We are now well into our 70’s and can no longer manage to do much of the work required to keep our home fit to receive guests (let’s pretend that COVID isn’t here) at any time. Thanks to Merry Maids our home always looks fit to entertain the most fastidious of guests.

The ladies and gentleman are very professional and cordial. If I have something that needs special attention, they incorporate it into their cleaning day. The carpet looks beautiful and the house smells so good when they leave.
