I like the cleaning schedule that includes deep cleaning one or two areas of my home each time they come.
Also, that they come as team and double check each other's work for completeness.

Consistency and trustworthiness. The crew always calls at the same time on the day of service to set a time of arrival, and they always hit the mark. Although I have heard other people complain of thefts when using other vendors, I have complete faith in Merry Maids after years of service.
