I have always supplied my own products because I can only tolerate non-toxic cleaning products. Karen has come every time and the second person has been different. I think very highly of Karen. She is an extraordinary person - very professional and has a strong work ethic.

Diligent, polite, friendly workers, longer time on staff so you get to know them, not new people all the time; "deep cleaning" focus on a room each visit, so floor boards, light fixtures, etc. get cleaned; house feels 95% done. Would like to be able to specify a special project for each visit so that extra things, not on the general rotation, would get done, like cleaning out cupboards. Thank you for asking.

We use Merry Maids at home and office - service is friendly, efficient, professional; especially at the office during working hours, MM team is low-key, unobtrusive; everything looks/feels "clean" afterward; more thorough dusting at home (e.g., objects on shelves, dressers, tables)-- might be only area for more work. Overall, excellent service, nice, conscientious teams.
