Your team leader Catana and others are very thorough and do an excellent job of cleaning my house. And they are friendly.

Sometimes the cleaning solution and rags used don't clean the patio glass door well and leave smudges and streaks so I ask them to use paper towels and an Invisible Glass Spray that I provide.
