They do a really good job and are always on time.
Staff are very kind and willing to do small extras. We are not that fussy and unfortunately we are messy people but the staff are quite willing to clean around stuff.
Excellent teams, work with a company, not an individual, so don't have to worry about scheduling, reliability, etc. Products are reasonable--not industrial strength so some cleaning is surface rather than removing tough/long-term dirt/stains. However, for biweekly cleaning, really just want the basics thoroughly covered and Merry Maids does this.

Merry Maids did a wonderful job at cleaning my house. They were on time and very professional. The products were not over powerful, but the house had a clean mild smell. Would definitely use them again!
So tolerant of my piles of stuff on tables and furniture. I’m quite diabled now and cannot do the tidying I would like to. I’m mostly concerned with cleaning floors, bathrooms and kitchen where they do an excellent job.
We love John, he does an amazing job! He is always working and never dragging his feet, just gets a thorough job done!
