Honestly, everything. I love coming home to a clean house. It took a while to get used to having a real day off with no house work to do, but I got it now. After years of service I hope I never have to give it up. It's the one luxury I keep even in times of financial stress. Plus they are always willing to work with me if I need a date change. I love the service, I love Merry Maids!

Window cleaners do not streak.

Ronnie does an excellent job every time she comes to the house. She is thorough and efficient.

The training is obviously consistant with each employee as things are done in the same way each month. Products appear to be gentle enough to not damage surfaces in the home.

The flexibility. Michelle, the woman who works in the office is great. She works with my schedule and accommodates us as needed. Also, merry maids does a great job. The few times thatbit was not well done, merry maids came in and reclined the areas we were not happy with. Did I mention we love Michelle!

If one can get the same team who know the house then in my experience the work can be excellent. If it is new people or
someone being trained then the work can be spotty.

The bottom line is that they always show up and do a good enough job. You can also call if unsatisfied and they will send
the workers back the next day. Hence, they stand behind their work.

Last week we were out of town when the team arrived. When they arrived there were two packages (UPS) on our front step. After we left home we remembered that we should have called the Merry Maids office and asked that the team move the two small packages inside. Unfortunately we forgot. However when we arrived back home we found that they had moved the boxes inside. We appreciated their initiative. Thank you both.

The Merry Maids were polite, courteous, and hard working. They really cleaned this house well. My husband and I were both thrilled at the way the two girls brought this old house from a tarnished penny to a bright and shiny new penny. The odor of the house was very clean and pleasant -- not overwhelming. We are both pleased we chose Merry Maids.
