Great attention to detail

The way Merry Maids are trained, everything is done in the same manner each time they come so there's no wondering how things are going to be cleaned.

I like that the Maids are bonded and if the cleaning is not to my liking, I can call the office to have Maids come to redo the area that they missed. I have always been happy with the cleaning products that are used. I have noticed that new vacuums are essential to get the carpets thoroughly cleaned.

I really look forward to seeing the Maids at my front door. They usually are so happy and friendly. It is a pleasure to have them in my home....even if my cat hides when she hears the vacuum.

dependable and consistent

We LOVE the two women that clean! They are wonderful. Very hard working, honest and do such a nice job. We really appreciate it thst they are bonded and insures and also particulary love how they clean the floors. I have arthritis and can't clean some of the areas that they address. HEaven!

The cleaning was great. The scent on the cleaner they used on the bed smells great.

I like that they pay special attention to a specific room each time they come.
One time it may be the master bedroom, another it may be the bathroom/kitchen...and leaving a note each time is a nice touch...
