We absolutely loved working with Danny and his team, they made everything very easy, even on a time crunch. However the cleaner missed the top shelf of every closet and cabinet. It might be helpful to provide the cleaner with a ladder in the future.

Merry Maids stays in contact by phone on the day of service for any change in time. I'm booked for Noon, but sometimes your employees could come earlier or later and you always contact me with an update. I work out at gym daily in the a.m., but not always. However, please call and check. I have other appointments throughout the year for dentist and multiple Dr. appointments, lab test and exrays

Cleaning Products used by your employees work well. I do not want any floor cleaner with a polishing agent used on any of my floors. This has been communicated previously, but if you would please mark my file to indicate no use of floor polish that would be appreciated.

The products appear to be safe, the service has been impeccable in time and cleanliness when done. Sometimes lights are left on but can be taken care of on inspection. Thank you for the service!

The ladies did a very good job cleaning the house, but I do have an incredible issue.

I contracted Covid from one of the ladies. There is no doubt that the Virus came from your employee. I am an old, sick and have seen only one person since the cleaning. She is well.
