Some cleaners I’ve used in the past seem to have their good days and their bad (some cleans are better than others) but Emily’s is always consistently excellent. We absolutely loved working with Danny and his team, they made everything very easy, even on a time crunch. However the cleaner missed the top shelf of every closet and cabinet. It might be helpful to provide the cleaner with a ladder in the future.

I like that you bring your own efficient vacuum and spray products, which make the house smell good.
I like it when you remember to clean every area I requested upon hiring. . .no 'forgetting' any areas.
