The ladies do a good job of cleaning, and are very pleasant to deal with. They arrive promptly when expected and work hard to finish the job in a reasonable amount of time. I've been very happy with the services. It's nice that my credit card is automatically billed, so I don't have to write checks. When I need the schedule for cleaning adjusted, Merry Maids always cheerfully accommodates my request.

Very very clean and smelling fresh
Services are easy to schedule, and flexible to change. The staff ALWAYS arrives when they're scheduled and on time. Sometimes, I think the staff hurries a little too fast, and things don't get cleaned as well as I would like, but for the most part, I think Merry Maids provides very good service, and I would (and do) recommend them to other people.
