I am a long time customer and have been generally very satisfied with the service and products. One thing, the grout in my shower was getting mildew. I asked awhile back if they could clean it with a product to fight the mildew but they said they didn't have anything like that, so now I put out a bottle of Tilex so they can use that on the grout each time they clean.
