It always looks like they cleaned everything. I don't know how they do it ! And my home has that "merry Maid smell". It's kind of like a cinnamon smell. Love Merry Maids !!!

I am not semsetive to the smell. They are not harsh. I love the cinnamon smell you leave because that to is VOC free.

In most instances you can "smell" the cleanliness after MM has completed their task.

They do a very thorough job and Elisha and her partner are always friendly and very good at their jobs.

House smells and looks clean.

I like that when I make small requests and leave notes the girls take care of it. I do like the products that are used and the house smells fresh when they are done. I also like that they leave a check list as to what they consentrated on that day so I can keep up when they are not here.
I also like that you call me the day before to let me know an approximate time that they will come.

The staff always has arrived within the time frame promised by management. The call a day prior to their arrival helps me plan my day.
The cleaning products they use get the job done the FIRST time. Only once did they need to come back to do some things they missed - with no complaining on their part. I feel confident to get out of the way and let them do their work.
