It's funny you should ask about the products used because my husband just complained this morning that he didn't like the smell of our home after you leave. I'm not sure if it's the floor product or the bathroom cleaner but it's more industrial smelling than fresh.
Of course I love the fact that I'm not the one cleaning the toilets and tubs.
And MM has always come when they said they would and are responsive to my requests.

First time ever using a cleaning service, the office personnel was great and answered all my questions and everything went smoothly. We had gifted a thorough cleaning for our elderly mothers apartment. The merry maid employee was a very hard worker and did a great job! My mother was ecstatic over the cleanliness of her apartment.
