After 13 years with another cleaning service, we have just started using MerryMaids. Tony and Segura were thorough - very pleased.

Very friendly team, always willing to accommodate our needs. We love and will continue to use Merry maids for our cleaning needs. It takes such a weight off of me to know they’re coming and I don’t have to worry about cleaning my house. With 6 pets, this is huge to me.

The 2 people that cleaned my house were excellent. They sanitized my house better than I could have done. Everything shined when they were finished. They had me check to see if there was anything they missed. I couldn’t find anything they hadn’t done. I would definitely recommend them and your service.

Please note that on the last survey I responded to, I did not realize that the survey applied only to the last service we received, which was excellent. I thought it applied to the service we have received over time, which has been inconsistent.

The service we received on October 1st was exceptional and I hope that my last review will not cause them to be rated poorly in any way. It was not meant to. They did a great job and we would welcome them back any time.

The most recent service on October 15th was also very good and the team worked well together.

I would like to suggest that you should more clearly state in these online surveys that they apply to the most recent cleaning only.

We had some remodeling in our basement and it was quite a mess. Tony did a very good job cleaning all the dust off the furniture and washing the floors and the shower room in the bathroom.
