The cleaning staff are very thorough and diligent about their work. They want to make sure the client is pleased with the work they have done before they leave.

I love that the cleaning products smell so great (like cinnamon and not chemicals). I also love that it doesn’t take them long to do the job...usually less than 2 hours for 2 floors.

It is a bit pricey though...if we could pay $200 per visit then we would use the service twice a month instead of once a month.

Otherwise, we are quite happy with the service.

The team was extremely thorough: removing sofa cushions, vacuuming baseboards, and dusting blinds and light fixures. There was a wonderfully fresh fragrance about the home afterwards. If items were removed from a shelf for dusting, they were replaced in the proper order (saving me time). My indoor "doormat" looked like new it was so clean. I will definitely be using them in the future.

The team arrived on time and was very pleasant. They reviewed what was to be done with me and then went about their work without interrupting me while I worked from my home office. They let me know when they were done and I inspected the work which totally met my expectations. They did a really good job of cleaning up the house and they did it quickly (~3 hours for a 2400 sq. ft. home) and relatively quietly. Aside from the occasional vacuum sounds I barely noticed they were here and was able to work effectively. For some assistance to clean a home at a reasonable price and relatively quickly I highly recommend Merry Maids of Wake Forest – Kara Trull and her team provide a high-quality service.
