The ladies are always a pleasure to talk with when they arrive. They do an excellent job cleaning my townhouse in Apex, NC. They even love my Boston Terrier Bella. I feel like the really care about making my house clean and treat it as if they live there as well. Plus, the management staff at Merry Maids is also a pleasure to work with as well. 10 out of 10 of Merry Maids!!!

My first visit was a very thorough and complete job. There were two people who took special care of my home and their supervisor checked in after to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. They were accommodating when I was unable to be present. I'm very satisfied and will continue with my regular cleanings. I recommend this group 100%. Great Job!

Their response time was so fast and I had an appointment set up as soon as I had gotten off the phone with them. The cleaners did a great job. My place was very clean and they did what I told them to do without going past their alloted time. Would use them again.

Ana does a fantastic job—she is not only thorough in cleaning the house but is a great person. When I had cancer last summer, she was so very kind and encouraging and went out of her way to be helpful.

You are very good at doing what you say you will do. All surfaces are spotless after you clean and the house smells good days after you’ve gone. Your maids are friendly and happy and work very well together. And no one seems to be able to clean a glass top stove like you do!

I like that when they come because I don"t have to tell them any thing. They know what needs to get done and they work very hard at it. If there is something I have to ask for them to do they give me a smile and just do it.
