I get notified prior to the day of the cleaning; the people who have been at my house so far have done a very good job. As far as the products go, I don't really know anything about them. Up to this point I haven't had any big issues with the services provided or the people who do the work. The couple of times that I have been at home when they were there they were very courteous and polite.
