I Like a few of the ladies who come to my house who clean the house very nice.
The cleaning was quite thorough with only some spiderwebs and dust missed under the buffet in the dining room. I was impressed with the team and how well they worked together.
Overall the service is fine, however, I have noticed that some small things are not being taken care of - for instance, the fireplace hearth is not dusted or cleaned, the bedroom closet floor is not cleaned/mopped.

1- easy to add / or skip a room at a moments notice. Just takes a quick email !
2- my husband and I work nights. So, if the arrival time is earlier then we're ready for, they welcomely stay down stairs until we're up and moving and out of their way before they come up the the master level.

The Maids are very reliable and they always do an excellent job of cleaning. Each visit they pay particular attention to one room and leave a note saying who did the cleaning and what room was highlighted.
The products do not aggravate my allergies and are safe to use throughout my house. I live an incredibly busy life and it is a big relief to me to know that I can rely on Merry Maids to do a good job cleaning my home so that I don't have to.

They were very efficient but not rushed. The vacuum cleaner put my little Dyson to shame. A week later & my house still smells great!

I am told that the products are green. I like that the home didn't smell of ammonia or bleach. The oils(?) used on the floors made them like much better. I home actually felt clean.
