Maids are courteous and respectful and do a very nice job. Since this was not my regular day for your service, the maids came about 3:30pm which meant I had to wait most of the day and could not run errands. The next time I think if the maids are going to come in the afternoon, I would appreciate being notified. Thanks
The cleaning tech's were friendly an helpful. My house smelled fresh and clean without the heavy, strong odor of most chemical cleaners.
Primarily the convenience and time freedom it affords me. I know I take it for granted on occasion, until I think of the weekends before Merry Maids and the time spend cleaning or looking at an unkempt house. The solidifying reminder to me of the convenience is when I had 10 guests over the 4th of the July weekend and one of their routine comments was how I kept the house clean. Sometimes people need reminders in life of things they lose sight of.
Service is fast, still everything gets clean and the people are very friendly.

Team does a good cleaning. Team is receptive to owner suggestions on cleaning. At the end of the cleaning the team has the owner look over and review what has been cleaned to confirm the cleaning job meets the owners expectations. Some teams are more customer service oriented than others. I have found a team that I really like and Merry Maids has made a great effort to keep scheduling that team to clean my house. In summary, I love the job the Merry Maids do.
