Heather has been cleaning my home for months now - it is so good to have the same person each time since there are a few quirks about my place - it is also good to know if she can't come, there is always someone else to take her place. I have never had to call about a problem but I know if there ever is one, it will be handled by Merry Maids not me. I have a hard water problem in one bathroom and Heather knows it will take a certain product to clean the toilet. I am very grateful for your service. In the past I have hired individuals to clean and I become the supervisor - when Merry Maids cleans, I don't have to be the supervisor - this is a big plus for me.

The office staff is easy to work with and makes every effort to accommodate.

We are really happy with Ms. Karen's service. Every part of the house is spotless. We appreciate that she pays so much attention to detail, too. For instance, she'll clean the outdoor entryway to our house, which puts a big smile on my face when I get home on Thursdays, or she always tries to remove that stubborn wrinkle on our living room area rug. I am always thrilled to come home on the days that Merry Maids have come to clean. They are so good - the house smells clean, things are put back where they should be, and there are a lot of little things they do. I have been told my two cats hide from them, but I am sure they are happy after they leave - the move things and dust under furniture and find lots of cat toys that have been lost.

There is never a chemical smell and everything looks clean and bright. Karen, my cleaning person is the best. I really like having the same person in my house, she knows what I want ever time and everything is perfect
