The service was professional, and my house was VERY clean when they finished. My wife recently passed away, and the kids and I could never get the floors mopped and looking as good as she could do. Sierra and Jada somehow managed to get it looking like she had cleaned, and it was a surreal moment for us when they came home from school to see it.
My employer is having this service done for us, as a way to help while we're grieving. We are very pleased with the service and the cleanliness and are looking forward to the detailed clean that the main floor will receive. This has been a blessing during a time when the kids and I didn't realize that something like this would be such a big help.

Great cleaning service! The personnel worked really well. They did not need help moving small items and even the couch to perform deep cleaning. My bathroom and kitchen looked largely spotless and amazing. The cleaning was inspected by one of their personnel at the end, which was really helpful. Would call Merry Maids for future cleaning!

I’ve always been very satisfied with the work completed at my home. It’s very timely and very thorough. I’ve received several compliments from friends and neighbors about the cleanliness of my home.

Services and products used (and the users) were just great! Staff knew what they were doing and did a darn good job on our house! (I couldn't believe how clean some places were!) And all this took place with no fuss, no noise, (well, the cleaner is a bit noisy, but it did it's job), and that's what counts. My husband and I both commented to each other how nice the house looked and why couldn't it be that way all the time! (joke)

The best part for me was when I was walking through the house, smiling at how nice everything looked:

Reliable service and consistent quality cleaning

Using Merry Maids is one of the best things I've ever done. The quality of work is excellent. The ability to communicate with the office is excellent and the flexibility to travel and cancel services without penalty is so appreciated. I love getting a text message the day before my scheduled cleaning saying my Merry Maids appointment is tomorrow and then getting a message the next day when my Merry Maid is on her way. On the rare occasion that my regularly scheduled Merry Maid is not available, I know that I will still have someone to clean on my scheduled day and that that person will do an excellent job, too. I highly recommend Merry Maids!

Arrival time was on the dot and it was nice to be able to track where they are as they get to your destination. This is my first time cleaning with them and they were very thorough. Will definitely use them again for my monthly cleaning.

I am happy with the service. However, I dislike all of the upheaval associated with the cleaning: extension cords, huge bags of equipment all over the place. The workers are efficient, polite, quiet, and professional. Three at one time may be one too many too many. I will try to leave during the next visit!
