Heather and Emily did a great job cleaning my home! I was impressed with their attention to detail; that they cared about and took pride in what they did; and they made the experience easy! In my mind, what makes that all the more spectacular is that I am a real fussy, ok critical, type of person.

The ladies who clean my home are friendly work efficiently carefully with my photos and breakable items always do a great job and I really like the product they use on my stovetop.

My house was super clean after the services and still feels clean several days later. The employees were kind and friendly and were open to my guidance on a few specifics. Overall we were very happy and thought they did a wonderful job!

I have a couple of request:

1. Will you please send the same two ladies that always clean Name removed.

2. Also, if the ladies arrive after 3pm, it will be difficult to clean all the rooms. Since this is a church office as well as a home, there are many meetings and events in the afternoon. Arriving no later than 1pm works very well.

Having your services means I do not have to get down on my hands and knees myself. That is difficult for me since I had both hips replaced.

Appreciate the very clean bathrooms after my Merry Maids come. Although I might like even more that they always vacuum my steps which I hated doing myself.

I am a fairly new customer but from what I see the cleaning teams come well equipped with cleaning products and equipment. The teams work efficiently and get the cleaning done quickly. I used the Merry Maids for several years back in the late 80s until 2000 and so when it came time I needed a cleaning service again, they are who I called.

The same employees every time, who are wonderful! Barbie is especially good, pleasant, kind, good with my dogs. I also like the clean smell with a little bit of cinnamon. Nice shiny wood floors.

I like the scheduling flexibility, I like that your folks are bonded and insured, and I like how nice our house looks when we come home on "cleaning day" --- the wood floors look great, and the house smells nice!!!
