Everything was great

I'm always asked to check the work to make sure it's satisfactory. If I notice something has been missed or not done to my satisfaction, it is taken care of as soon as I mention it. If there is something I need special attention given to when they arrive, it's always done completely and to my satisfaction.

Expensive however excellent job done. Feel like home is clean when job is completed.

Efficient, house has clean smell

I have been a customer for over 20 years and have had very minor problems over that time.I have had the same team leader ( Letitia) now for quite some time and she knows my house and is very quick and efficient. I supply my own product for my floors since I did not like the sticky residue left by the product used by the company.
