Merry maids was great. Very professional. We had an issue with keys and they were kind enough to reschedule us after we couldn't get in at the initial appt. They were on time, great communication. Showed up with a crew of 4 people and knocked out my filthy rental property that was left in very dirty condition.

As always, the two ladies sent to my home at 5736 Willowcreek Road worked very hard: no talking, just working. While I could hire independent sources that are cheaper ($), it is Merry Maids Professionalism of Workers and high standards of cleaning (and security checks so I don't have to worry about who enters my home-especially living in Las Vegas) that makes me be a client.

My only comment is don't overbook as I have a relatively big house (3,500 sq feet) and want the workers to not have to rush through to meet other work orders. Perhaps, slow it done a bit and allow ladies a bit more time to do a thorough job. Again, always hard workers.

I love my lead maid Lettie. She has been coming here for many years and knows my house inside and out. They have discovered small leaks from a toilet that I probably wouldn't have noticed for a long time. I provide my own products for my floors.
