Dependability. I don't have to wonder if they are coming, unless there is some type of complication or emergency. Then I am promptly notified of the issue and offered a different time slot. The girls are all very professional and do their job well. I feel safe leaving the house and letting them do their work with no supervision. I trust the staff! I do have my favorites however.....but whoever comes does a good job. My husband particularly likes the smell when he walks in the door after Merry Maids day. The cinnamon fragrance is exceptional. Merry Maids is a luxury I choose for myself, and I am so thankful for them.
