Nice to come home to clean house. things that I normally don't pay attention to are now dusted/cleaned/washed!. Cleaners used do not smell like bleach. House smells "clean" Love it

The overall experience is very good. I wish we could keep our regular cleaning team. When a new team comes, they don't do as good a job. I also don't like when they come at the end of the day. THe ladies are often exhausted and i don't think they do as good a job. Please send me via mail or email (on a quarterly basis) a statement of my account. I pay with SerivceMASTER gift cards and need to know when my balance is low so I can order more.
