Our Merry Maids team customizes their cleaning process to suit our requests and needs. And if they notice a problem they'll ask, and make recommendations, before taking steps to remedy the situation.
For instance, I requested they not use a beater-brush when vacuuming our hand-knotted silk and wool rugs. When they noticed a new rug on the stairs, and that its pile was not cleaning properly, they asked if they could use the beater-brush. On that rug -- a machine-made modern -- yes.
There are many things to worry about after moving into an old-new home. Our Merry Maids cleaning team is not one of them. Matter of fact, they help us solve problems.

Great cleaning, eye for detail and great people

Friendly and responsive to any issued. However on this visit I needed to point out an accumulation of "dust bunnies" on the hard wood floor and the neglected to empty the trash cans in the master bath.
Unusual issues however the dust had been accumulating.....

The last two cleanings, the ladies provided excellent cleaning...with many nice, special touches (i.e., towels specially folded, toil paper specially folded, asked several cleaning questions to make sure to please). Maids were very thorough in dusting and cleaning surfaces and glass.

Since this is the first time I have ever used a cleaning service I was pleasantly surprised at how thoroughly the job was done. It has made it very easy for me to keep up the house. There were things cleaned that I hadn't touched in a long while and did not expect to be cleaned. The job was very well done and I was inpressed that a supervisor stopped by to make sure the job was done correctly. The products used did a very nice job. Thanks Merry Maids you have just made my life allot easier.

Satisfied , this company works well with me, theirs never a problem to big or small that they can not help with. Unfortunately, the few things I have done to my house I just was notified how prices are going up shortly and so I will have to cancel my services soon because of the exspence.
