First and foremost I absolutely LOVED the staff Sabrina & Chelsea. Their customer service was impeccable. They didn’t give the impression that they felt my home was disgusting, but instead they cleaned my home with a very happy and friendly demeanor. I mean they smiled spoke kindly to other family members in the house and even was super friendly to my fur babies which is 20stars for that alone… As your company provides service to us in the future I certainly hope to see Sabrina and/or Chelsea as our service providers… I absolutely LOVED the cleanliness and thorough job that was performed. My home still smells GREAT and I actually WANT to go home now that it’s so clean… I thank you so very much… Yes, it’s a 10 for me!

The products used by Merry Maids are good; they do the job, leave a nice clean sheen with no residue or build up. More importantly is the proper training of their team members on what product to use on each surface and how to use that product. We are extremely pleased with Courtney, our regular team member.
