The services are very good and the cleaners were efficient and thorough; however, I would prefer different products. Bleach-based products were used in the bathroom and foul smelling products were used in the kitchen. The smell did not dissipate as I was told. While these products do clean well, I had asked that no bleach be used as I have asthma and that message did not get communicated to the cleaners, I prefer eco-friendly products, but was told I couldn't use my own. This is an issue for me and I will call to discuss it before the next cleaning.
The services performed by Sabrina/ case manager and Amber/house cleaner were exceptional. The arrived on time and were very courteous. My home was cleaned the way that I liked. The products were safe and sanitized. I will request Amber again. Please thank them both for me.
The booking was easy and friendly. The staff arrived on time and were very respectful. They listened to what I needed and offered suggestions. The house was clean when I arrived.

I like the quality of the products used and the reliability and professionalism of their staff, in the office and in the field. Courtney has been providing our Merry Maids service for the last four years. She has been a great representative of what I believe Merry Maids goal is to provide to all of their clients. It is a wonderful feeling to know my home is clean and ready for company at any time.

Didn’t like that the house didn’t smell fresh.
Didn’t like that I couldn’t smell the polish or the cleaning products.
Didn’t like that we didn’t view the house to make sure nothing was missed before she left.
Didn’t like the initial confusion as to what the two ladies would clean. I wanted the furniture polished , the sheer curtains taken down and washed, clothes folded in the dryer. Sue told me numerous times that they would do anything I needed but the ladies told me that’s not the case.
The cleaner arrived on-time and was fast and efficient. I highly recommend!!
