I honk your overall structure is excellent, including Custer satisfaction, you serious training of your, yourcleaners, concern for customers safety during pandemic, and your great hiring of persons who are respectful , trustworthy, pleasant, courteous and act professional.
We have been with MM from or the past several years, and remain very satisfied.

The only thing you should consider changing is that the cleaner should not be rotated for both the customer and and the cleaners satisfaction. A person who consistently comes on a regular basis c an do a better and faster and more complete job job because they have learned the routine well. Also for the customer, they do not have to spend much time showing the cleaner what needs to be done, Last, this more probably results in tile for the cleaner.
