Most often the services of A-1. I have issues with some of the products. The product used to clear the tiled shower - can leave a slippery surface. Dangerous. I would also hope that the water/products are changed frequently as areas are clearned throughout the house.

Everyone at merry maids has been very kind i had been using them for a year at my dads house when i initially set up service Chelsea and lee seem to know my dad well and were very thorough and this is a difficult house to work in!! They did not act put out when asked to do even small items and never made me feel embarrased about the normal conidition of my dad's house. When i came to town last minute to stay with my dad and set up last minute service, the operator was very kind and helpful and accomodating. I just wanted to thank you for everything and i have made several recommendations to others within the area.

I like the team that cleans my house. Josh and Monique always do a great job, and they are always polite and efficient. The only reason that I took a point off of my rating is that I have had a couple of problems with the business office. Specifically, the office charged my credit card without calling or sending an email to notify me beforehand. Secondly, the office charges too much for the cleaning when I return from my vacations each summer after I have missed one cleaning. I understand needing to pay a little bit extra, but I'm sure it is not fair to charge as much as the office has been charging. If the business office was able to take care of coming up with an agreement that seemed fair to all involved (including me) then I would be delighted to give Merry Maids a ten in my evaluations.
