The current team is Fantastc I like the way you switched out the team. I don't if its because of comaints with our original team, or I'd you rotate teams. But this one is far better than the last. From a business perspective, I think rotation is great because you get a fresh pair of eyes on any given situation/process. It also weeds out poor achievers. Thanks a million!
