Once again, Team ten comes through and does a great job!! My wife and I always look forward to coming home on cleaning day. We know when we come through the door after a hard day at work, we will come into a house that smells nice and looks great. Although It is fairly priced to have one's house cleaned my Marry Maids, it is not an inexpensive investment. However, we feel that with team ten and the level of quality that they and the company deliver, it is worth every penny. Thank you for making our busy lives more manageable.

As I have said before the ranking of 10 goes to our cleaning team with Kendra at the helm. I would be wary of recommending Merry Maids based on price and inflexible business practices. We were told that canceling an appointment would result in a hefty punitive charge. I don't like to cancel, but if we are away for an extended period of time it can happen. So far I haven't been charged the extra money but I will definitely quit using Merry Maids if the charge occurs. Merry Maids is over priced to begin with and very inconsistent from client to client. I can only afford to have most rather than all of my house cleaned because the fees are prohibitive. I hope that they are passing most of the money to the house cleaners!

I like the dependability and the quality of work. Most of the products I like, however I am not crazy about the sink products.

Staff (and products!) are child/pet-friendly. I appreciate how friendly and accommodating our team is of our 2 young daughters and cat.

That you clean on a schedule.

The service was prompt. The ladies were professional and cleaned my house well beyond my expectations. I really like being able to pick and choose which services I need instead of having to deal with blanket overall cleaning to justify a higher rate. The price at Merry Maids is a bit higher than the private market but the professionalism and expert cleaning and happy employees make it more than worth it. I do like no chemical cleaning products. I'm very happy with the Merry Maids.

You have products that really take care of many of my problems at home that we have tried hard to take care of with other products. Your workers are very professional and go about doing their work conscientiously.

Very happy with my cleaning team, which is often Charice on her own. She does a consistently good job every time and I trust her.
