Having the same team helps because they understand our home (and our clutter!), and are conscientious about where things go. My team is prompt , friendly, reliable and does a good job cleaning my home. What I don't like is the management practice of sending comment cards to be filled out. My feeling is that, if I am not satisfied, I will let you know. Otherwise, you can be assured that I am completely sastisfied.
