dependability and consistency
The team is dependable and trustworthy. The products they use seem to be OK. The steam cleaner does a good job on bathroom floors, but it doesn't get into the corners. Everything else is very satisfactory.
I like the flexibility that the team provides in terms of most critical areas of my home from week to week. Sometimes, I need more attention to floors and sometimes to other rooms. They are always cheerfully accomodating and do a fabulous job. Not only will I recommend Merry Maids, I have many times! Thank you Merry Maids!

The Merry Maids crew are always courteous and friendly. The products used must be first-rate because they leave everything looking clean and bright. It is always a delight to give a dinner party in the evening of the day of the Merry Maids visit.

Every time my team comes they do a thorough and perfect cleaning. I don't ever want to lose them (Judy and Tina). I can't call every week to praise them but the fact that I have kept them for a few years now should say something...and I have never filed any sort of complaint.
The cleaning is done consistently well. Melanie Parsons at the Towson Maryland 21204 location does a fantastic job on my home. She is friendly, and she does a very thorough job.

Nice smell and staff friendly
The service is fantastic, very friendly and capable. When I come home from work and walk into my home it feels like walking into a 5 star hotel.
I love how fast and effecient the team was and the products did not leave an unbearable odor like I do when I clean with bleach. It would be so strong I would open the windows lol
