There have been a couple of times that I felt the dusting was not as it should have been. I really need to call the office to re-check exactly what is supposed to be cleaned at every visit. The women who have come to clean are very nice and polite. This past Monday there was only one person available to clean and she did a good job. Usually there are two but she did not seem to know why there was nobody else with her. Basically, I am pleased with their work with the exception of a few things. Please do not share.

Some background – My husband and I have been married for almost 60 years (so obviously we’re “senior citizens”), raised 3 sons, have 7 grandchildren, and 2 greats. After all these years we finally admitted we needed help with the household cleaning, if we are going to stay in our home. Wanting a reliable service, bonded and insured, and someone who would bring their own supplies, I called Merry Maids. I’m very glad I did.

My first contact, Karen Garner, was great PR for your company. She was so cheerful, helpful, and patient, answering all my questions. I probably called six times, and her attitude never changed.

Vilma and Edith came last Monday to do the deep cleaning (which we really, really needed). They too are great PR for your company. They were very polite, and got to work immediately. I was also impressed by their appearance, very neat. We left the house, and went to breakfast, to let them do their work – it was great having breakfast out while some else cleaned my house. They did a super job.
