They work fast and hard. But maybe not long enough
As much as I like your service, let me say this. The first cleaning was superb. It dropped off somewhat after that but still quite good and reliable. Then there was an accident and the breakage of a vase, which you properly covered. Thank you, again. This week was my first cleaning after the incident, and it was once again superb. One could infer that the level of service increases when what is at stake is getting or keeping a customer. How about superb all of the time?
Reliability and convenience. I do think that it's a bit rushed and I'm seeing a lot of dust and I am not too sure that the floors are being mopped. In other words, because we have clutter I feel like they spend most of the time straightening up and not really hard-core cleaning. I would like to see the list of what is supposed to get done each time.
I especially like the dusting product and cleaning products.
Karen was so helpful when I called to book an appointment and the team - Maria and Maria - were wonderful. Not having to worry about providing any supplies or equipment made the experience so very easy.

The ladies dont mess around they are efficient and professional. Its always nice to have our house cleaned, with four dogs you can imagine what they have to deal with. Not once have they complained or left something undone.

Vilma and Edith are excellent workers, they get right to work when they arrive and do a great job. The house looks and smells so good when they're done. Also, all office staff that we've communicated with have been very courteous and helpful.
