The teams usually do a good job and the products they use smell clean and fresh

Always very thorough and hard working staff

This past Friday they did not arrive at or near their usual time. I felt as a result they rushed through the job. Kitchen was well done, except they left a very wet floor that we had to dry up with towels. They did not clean the bathroom off the from hall.

In the future we would like for them to arrive between 9:30 and 10:00 so they can be done by about noon.

Good service at a reasonable cost

Thorough and do a good job for me. Their products are fine although it’s kind of nice to have a scent left behind that they cleaned. It always smells good but not that “freshly cleaned” scent, if that makes sense. I understand tho that you probably aren’t using scented products due to people’s allergies, etc.

Typically, Merry Maids does a nice job cleaning and sanitizing my home. This past visit was not satisfactory.

I already gave a review on my phone either the day they were here or the next day.

the last two girls here Samantha and Tina were fantastic I only hope that I can keep them. I have different girls, but I really like Samantha and I had one before long time ago and she was very good also. I have had a couple that were not that great they missed a lot of areas and when I went into a certain room they never dusted in certain rooms. I wish I could keep the same team inside of always switching. When I called the first time to hire, they told me more than likely I would have that same girls. But I have not had the same girls two weeks in a row. I like to keep the same girls do to the fact the understand how I like things; I shouldn't have to explain every two weeks what I like
