On January13, Alicia managed to remove a rust spot at drain on bathroom sink. I thought it was permanent erosion on the porcelain but am pleased to not have to replace the entire sink. Also, Alicia told me what the pro-rated charge will be for shortened job (my request) that sane day.

Everything looks clean and shiny when I get home. I wish it could stay that way for a week but obviously people live here so that's not going to happen.

I love the service that they do. And I very much like that the girls and my dogs get a ong with each other. My little girls go room to room with the girls.

I like the smell of the cleaner that is used. The people who do my home are very polite and understanding of the fact that I work from home. I normally have a conference call at 9:00 on Tuesdays so I have asked the staff to vacuum near my office first so that is complete by the time I need to get on the phone. They do a great job of that.

Tile floors are very clean. Products don't leave a strong odor. Convenient and flexible.

I like the personal relationship that I can delevop with the same cleaner each week. With having the same person each time, she knows what is important to me in cleaning and what areas I feel are more important than others. When I'm there, she is willing to work with me, and when I'm not there, I know she that knows my house and can clean it accordingly.

I found it very straight forward to set up a plan that covered what I wanted done. The cleaners follow the plan VERY well. If I have an issue, I find it easy to contact Merry Maids and work it out. I have been with them over 15 years.
