That you are available on short notice, or at least have been for me. Generally, the staff work very hard to clean difficult problems (like bathtubs).

I like the fact that your servcies are reliable. I also like the fact that you can work with me when I need to change my date. I do like to know the person who comes to my house each month.

Cleaning is great, they have been making sure that they get all the cobwebs and everything in the house.
I do have 1 concern, I had a scentsy that was broken by 1 of our cleaning ladies a couple months ago and I still have NOT received my new scentsy replacement. After I spoke to Misty about my scentsy, she stated that she was going to order it through her scentsy contact. That same day, I ordered a scentsy warmer for my cousin through my contact and I received that scentsy at my house a week after I ordered it.
I would appreciate a FOLLOW UP on where my scentay is at! I am very upset with this as it is NOT my fault YOUR cleaning people broke my scentsy!
If I don't receive a call on Monday, I will be canceling your service and I will be contacting the headquarters and notifying what has happened. There is NO reason at all for my scentsy not be replaced by now! Name removed

I am very pleased with the way the girls care on their jobs even with having two people in wheelchairs and the way they like the dogs. When doing my sister-in-law's room, they answer her questions about themselves and if they don't want to help her, they just don't, she is alright with that.

The products that are use have been ok with me and if they weren't I would tell the girls.

All that have come to the house have been great.
